Went to the doctors today and he has no idea why I'm super dizzy all the time. Had to get my blood drawn and ended up calling off of work because of that and my cold from hell. See, I have tiny, tiny veins and really low blood pressure so getting blood from me is hard. They tried one arm and it gave up abut half way through so they moved to my hand. That was not fun.
He's going to talk to a neurologist and see if they have any clue and run blood tests to see if anything shows up. Here's hoping it isn't bad.

So, I've been sick for a bit now and it finally hit hard last night. It was a rather unpleasant experience that involved my stomach emptying it's contents in a rather forceful manner.
I feel a bit better now but not much. Hopefully I'll get back to regularish updates.

Hey, long time. Err, been busy as a bee working and playing Animal Crossings like a crazy lady. Got sick, Dan got me tension headache pills and they made it better, which is weird. I am also very, very mad at Soom because I had my mind set on getting Chiron and what do they do?! They come out with the cutest fucking little tinies EVER and I want them hardcore. So...I may have to wait a bit on Kave...Which is fine cause they have itty bitty wittle horn. OH MY GOD CUTE.

So a few new thing to say before I head off to dream land.
I gots me a new camcorder with part of my tax return. It's a nice little Smasung that uses SD cards. It's not as fiddly as having MiniDV's or DVD, but not as nice as an HDD. But the HDD were out of my price range so...And, really I don't need anything fancy so it works and I got it for cheap.

I am amazingly skilled and hurting myself it seems. We got Quill a new collar because she needs a bell. Freaky kitty she is. Well, I was cutting the zip ties holding the collar and being stupid I was cutting towards myself. Knife slips and my thumb is now sporting a very deep slice. I'm skilled, I swear. And it's always my fingers!

Danface got a new gun and I am drooling over it! It's a beautiful Kimber Crimson Carry. Four inch barrel with Crimson trace and he got it for about $1059 which is amazing! We need to get him a new clip cause the Kimber one is kind of...eh. But I want another gun now...I was looking at a little .22 Ruger as well as a 3.5 inch Taurus .45 that I had my eye on. I REALLY like the Taurus because of my revolver, but the pistols are all too light for my liking. I like a heavy gun. I made a joke with Dan that I should get a Raging Bull. And honestly I would if I didn't think it would snap my wrist like twig.

I also am in looooooveeee with this website because it has old music, like from 1920's down! It's AWESOME!

I am so insanely excited, I have no words! I filed my taxes last night and looks like I'll be getting enough to get this guy in gray skin!! So excited because I'll have Kave like how I envisioned him!

I have also made a deal with myself. I am going to write a book. And get it published. I read Twilight and I KNOW I could do better. I know it sounds conceded, but honestly it's not. If you have never read the Twilight saga...Don't. Well, I guess you could if sparkling vampires in co-depended and vaguely abusive relationships is your thing. And don't forget that pesky pedophilia. Blah.

I'm still having a blast in a half traipsing about the Wasteland in Fallout 3. Can't wait for the expansion packs! And still waiting expectantly for the Sims 3 and deadly creatures.

We found out Pru-face is an awesome mouser while Quill...well she tries, but batting at a magazine the mouse is hiding under...well, no. I saved one of them because it was way too cute and little. The other two didn't make it, but they are solving our mouse problem. It's stupid cold and the mice are hiding inside. We just need to seal off the wall and that will fix most of the problem since they are sneaking in from the outside.

Yikes, it's been a bit since I updated. Sorry for being all inactive and not commenting on anyone's entries. My hours got switched so I'm closing ever night but Fridays so my sleeping schedule has been all buggered up.
Not much has happened though, so yay! Our carpet finally dried out which is wicked awesome and I am super excited. Dan is going to be helping me buy this guy with this head so I can make Kave!
I'm working on a new, detailed description of all the Queerest Rigmarole guys soon so keep your eyes peeling for that. And I need to do super in depth with all the Parasitics.
I also go Master of Mosquiton in the netflix and am wibbiling because I can't watch it until Friday. Blah for icky hours.
Anyhow, gots to go and get ready for work times. I'll catch up on all back journals this weekend.

Update time, since I haven't done much in a while.
Not much has been happening. Christmas and New Years were nice if uneventful. Dan got me *gasp* a Zen X-Fi, which I was totally not expecting. Rocks like awesome. It has an external speaker which is cool as hell. Now I just need music to fill the sixteen gigs. Eek. So if you have any musical recommendations lemme know.

We took the rail runner up to Santa Fe today. It was awesome, but cold as hell and snowy. Very. But I got myself a very nice wool scarf and dan got a fossil from this nice little shop. We ate at the neat little hole-in-the-wall cafe and I had a nummy turkey burger with Italian soda. We also got some good recommendations for beer so we stopped by Whole Foods and Dan got Angry Bastard beer and I got Double Chocolate Stout.

Still cold and our pipes are leaking so bad we had to shut of the water. Again. But meh, whatever.

We are hopefully heading back next weekend to get a nice dog toy for tiny and maybe get me the nice fingerless baby alpaca fur gloves. Ooo soft.

Next week is going to be lame faced due to closing every single night. Bah, at least I get Saturday AND Sunday off! Rocking sweet!

I somehow got roped into reading the Twilight series and after being spoiled by Let The Right On In I'm kinda meh about it. Yet, for some unknown reason I can't stop. It's like crack and it's bad, yet...I don't know. My brain refuses to process the fact that it could really be that bad so I read on, hoping that I just imaged the vampires sparkle like they went into a vat of glitter and that Bella really isn't that pathetic and each time I am disappointed. Meyers has created a horrible sparkling monster that tears through every vampire myth with such abandon my head spins. And yet I have got to the third book in two days...Why? Maybe I'm...dazzled!

Late nights. I hate closing because I never get home at a normal hour. It's 12:46 and I've been home for 20 minutes. I got off at 11:47 after working since 3:45.
I really wish I knew what was wrong with me. I've been dizzy all day and it feels like everything is all wibbily wobbily but there is no timey wimey. It's no fun. Dan thinks I should see a doctor and I'm starting to agree. I wish I could just call out at work tomorrow. I open. I need to be awake at 6:45 and I haven't even eaten yet. I'm probably going to be shoved on the stupid registers again tomorrow. Leaving my department empty. Not that they care.
Also, one of my managers did a very stupid thing. We carry a brand that has a UMRP, a universal pricing. Meaning NO ONE can change the price. She gave someone 300 dollars off one of their appliances and doesn't care that all three of us in the department are pissed. "Oh, GM said it's fine." Err, no. No it's not. We are now at risk of loosing our contract with brand. "No we won't" Sure bitch, cause you know a damned thing about my department. Sure.
I'm tired of them always undermining us. Making US look stupid because they don't know what they are talking about.
:sigh: I'm just going to have a couple of nummy turkey burgers, my Dr. Pepper and maybe a slice of red velvet cake.

I've also found what will most likely be my wedding dress here, I don't know what color I would get the trim, but I', thinking either the red or gold.

Prompt 468 - roses in her eyes

They were littered everywhere. Little white shapes sticking up from the deep, black earth and the sickly green moss. The water lapped softly at the edge of the old lake.
He knelt down and ran his hand along the curve of bleached white bone. Followed it up, skipping the moss and placing his fingers on the neck. He felt each vertebra, long fingers bumping over each. One. Two. Three, until he got to the jaw.
Long since picked clean he could still imagine the skin on the face. Soft as silk and the color of milk.
Small plants were growing between the teeth. little tendrils of green sprouting soft and fresh. When alive the eyes were bright green, framed by hair the sunniest yellow he had ever seen.
Now they were gone. Picked out by birds or dried out by the sun.
Instead there were roses, small and red, like a blood stain against the white.
he laughed to himself. She had roses in her eyes.
